Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiasticGraduate Accountant/Assistant Accountantto join their collaborative finance team in Adelaide's inner-eastern suburbs.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity and an outstanding chance to kick-start your accounting career within a large, supportive finance team where you'll receive ongoing training, mentorship and exposure to a broad range of accounting functions.
Whether you've recently completed your accounting degree or have up to 18 months of hands-on accounts experience and are looking to build a long-term career in accounting, this could be your next career prospect.
About the Role
Working as part of a large and experienced finance team, you will gain exposure across a variety of accounting functions while developing your technical skills in a supportive environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations
Processing journals and maintaining the general ledger




Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assisting with audit and compliance requirements
Providing general support across the finance team
About You
We are looking for someone eager to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys working collaboratively.
A recent Accounting, Commerce or Finance degree (or be close to completing your studies);or
Approximately 6–18 months of experience in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Officer, Assistant Accountant or similar junior accounting position.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
