FRP Civil Supervisor – Regional NSW (DIDO/FIFO) MCS Civil is seeking an experienced FRP Civil Supervisor to join our team on a major energy infrastructure project in Regional NSW.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong experience across Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concrete Pour (FRP) activities, who is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes in a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will bring proven supervisory experience, strong technical capability, and the ability to lead crews to consistently deliver secure, productive, and high-quality civil construction works.
About the RoleAs the FRP Civil Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement on site.
You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities· Supervise daily formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pour activities.
· Coordinate site crews, subcontractors,
and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
· Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
· Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
· Plan and coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and plant requirements.
· Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.
· Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve site performance.
· Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, environmental standards, and company procedures.
· Complete site reports, progress updates, quality records, and project documentation.
· Lead by example and promote a positive, safety-focused team culture.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:· Demonstrated experience supervising Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete Pour (FRP) works on civil construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems, reinforcement installation, and concrete placement.
· Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple work fronts.
· Experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· A proactive approach to safety,
quality, and project delivery.
· Current White Card.
· Current Driver Licence.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
· Experience managing concrete pours, quality inspections, and subcontractor coordination.
Desirable· Certificate IV in Civil Construction, Building and Construction, or a related qualification.
· First Aid certifications.
Project Details You will be working on a major energy infrastructure project based in Merotherie, NSW, operating on a 3:1 roster with up to 12-hour shifts.
