Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at own cost).
Essential Criteria:
Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
Available forfull-timework Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered between 6:30 AM-6:30 PM, and able to be flexible as required
Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, ideally across multiple age groups or open to working with any age group




ACECQA-approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards either qualification)
Current Food Safety training, with certificate to be provided*
Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for "Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk", with evidence to be provided*
Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with certificate to be provided*
* To be completed prior to your first working shift.
