Ashtead Technology is a leading global provider of technology solutions and equipment rentals to the offshore energy industry.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organisedStores & Infrastructure Coordinatorto join our new Australian branch in Welshpool.
This is a hands-on role that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores and workshop infrastructure.
You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment is properly stored, tracked, and ready to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process incoming equipment and shipments.
Prepare equipment and materials for dispatch.
Manage equipment check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain accurate inventory and asset location records using spreadsheets and internal systems.
Track equipment movements and ensure records remain up to date.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
Ensure equipment is clean, serviceable, and deployment-ready.
Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving equipment.
Organise and maintain workshop, warehouse, and storage areas.
Coordinate freight, deliveries, and logistics activities.
Assist with stocktakes and inventory audits.




Support the upkeep and organisation of branch infrastructure and facilities.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
About You
Experience in stores, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or workshop environments.
Current Forklift Licence (essential).
Competent using Microsoft Excel and computer-based inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Practical and hands-on approach to problem solving.
Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Experience working with rental equipment, industrial equipment, mining services, or oil & gas equipment is advantageous but not essential.
