Salary range $85,000 to $115,000 + Super + Bonus'
Quarterly bonus structure kicking in from when you achieve 70% of your target (5 billable hours per day), rewarding high performance and exceptional service.

About the Practice
Private NDIS-funded paediatric speech pathology caseload for clients aged 18 months to 18 years, covering early language, AAC devices, fluency, stuttering, ADHD, syndromes and dysphagia support.
A multidisciplinary team of five Speech Pathologists, eight Occupational Therapists and two Physiotherapists, fostering cooperative practice and shared learning.




Hybrid delivery model combining clinic sessions with home and school visits, ensuring a diverse and energetic caseload.
Evidence-based, client-centred service delivery supported by robust administrative systems, including billing software and AAC resources.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology recognised in Australia.
