The Pacific Pines Tavern is looking for a driven, floor-focused Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep a large crew moving in sync.
"Pac Pines" is a buzzing local powerhouse.
Whether it's a packed Friday night crowd catching the game in the sports bar, a bustling weekend dinner rush in the family bistro, or managing our gaming room operations, this venue requires a leader who loves being right at the center of a high-energy trade.
We need someone with sharp operational instincts who can maintain elite standards and ensure our tight-knit community of regulars receives gold-class hospitality on every single shift.
A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You




You've been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervisingYou've learned from great managers and now you're ready to step upYou've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is awayYou've got a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
