This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team where your skills and efforts are valued and rewarded.As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
Build strong client relationships and conduct regular site visits
Source and screen candidates with relevant tickets and licences
Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and site requirements
Maintain regular communication with clients and workers to support performance and retention
Manage ad placements across various platforms
Build and maintain a talent pool
Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience building rapport with stakeholders, clients,



and candidates
Possesses excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Has strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail
Is proficient in the Microsoft Suite and has good computer literacy
Brings a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Has strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ideally has previous experience in blue-collar recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Holds a valid driver's licence and own transport
