Client Liaison / Quotes Officer

This role is flexible and will be tailored to suit the successful applicant's skills and experience, with the opportunity to work as aClient Liaison,Quotes Officer, or a combination of both.

About the Role
Reporting to the Office Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders, you will play an important role in supporting our clients, builders, and internal teams.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include customer service, administration, project coordination, estimating, and quotation preparation.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
Client Liaison Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Manage projects from receipt of purchase orders through to installation.
Maintain accurate electronic job files and internal tracking systems.
Liaise effectively with clients, builders, suppliers, and internal departments.
Resolve customer enquiries and issues professionally and promptly.
Coordinate multiple jobs while meeting deadlines.
Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
Quotes Officer Responsibilities
Read and interpret builder plans, specifications, and addenda.
Prepare accurate quotations for cabinetry and stone products.
Review pricing, product specifications, and revisions.
Follow up quotations in a timely and professional manner.
Manage multiple quotations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with builders and clients.
Represent the company professionally and contribute to ongoing business growth.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
An excellent communicator with a professional phone manner.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure.
A proactive problem solver who shows initiative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word (Excel and Access experience is advantageous).
Experienced in the construction, cabinetry, or building industry (preferred).
Able to read building plans (essential for quoting and highly regarded for client liaison).
Reliable, well-presented, and committed to providing outstanding service.
An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
The holder of a current Australian driver's licence.
