Fleet Integrations is a fast paced fleet management and IVMS installation company.
We are looking for a Workshop Manager with the below experience.
Responsibilities:
Management of fabrication staff ensuring safe work practices and methodology
Draft effective and cost effective fabrication maintenance plan for project works
Ensure the above plan is implemented correctly by fabricators and machinists
Manage stock counts on spares and parts
Manage maintenance and breakdowns of workshop machinery or tools
Mentor and train the workshop fabricators and machinists, implement continuous development incentivized training packages
Maintain and manage staff workplace certifications, qualifications and licenses for all maintenance and fabrication staff
Ensure a clean and orderly workshop in line with quality, health and safety standards and company policy




Develop preventative maintenance strategies to boost efficiency and reduce down time
Carry out scheduled services to workshop equipment including the forklift and company vehicles
Develop an on call schedule for after hour repairs required
Maintain the workshop tooling and equipment in the workshop
Produce fabrication templates and drawings for telecommunications trailers required for the mining and oil and gas sectors
Provide improvements and recommendations for cost effective and efficient trailer fabrication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,****** – $130,****** per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Yanchep WA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
