Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.
In this role, you will provide personalised support to people with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support with daily living tasks (e.g., personal care, household tasks, meal preparation).
Support participants to access the community, appointments, and recreational activities.
Encourage independence and skill-building in line with each person's NDIS goals.
Maintain accurate progress notes and follow individual support plans.
Uphold Empowered Voices' values by delivering respectful, person-centred support.
Requirements (Must Have)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate (current or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
Police Check (current or willing to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module and other relevant NDIS modules (or willingness to complete)
Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
Excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, or equivalent
