With continued growth in our regional operations, we are seekingMobilisation Officersto support workforce coordination for projects across the Northwest, Goldfields and regional WA.
About the role
Based in our Cockburn Central office on an8/6 roster, this role coordinates workforce mobilisation for regional crane and lifting operations.
You will work closely with planning teams, supervisors and field crews to ensure personnel are compliant, organised and ready for deployment to site.
This is afast-paced operational rolesuited to someone highly organised who can manage multiple mobilisation tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Coordinate mobilisation of personnel to regional and remote works across WA
Manage workforce compliance including inductions, training, medicals and VOCs
Arrange flights, accommodation and mobilisation logistics




Work closely with planners, supervisors and operations teams
Maintain accurate mobilisation and compliance records in internal systems
Communicate mobilisation instructions to employees and subcontractors
About You
You may come from mobilisation, logistics, planning or operational coordination roles and will demonstrate:
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong systems and administrative capability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience inresources, construction, crane, transport or heavy industrywill be highly regarded.
