We have a permanent full-time position commencing as soon as possible.
It is ideal for the successful applicant to commence as soon as possible; however, we encourage applicants available from now and Term 4 to apply.
Join the Kambalda Primary School (PS) Team!
At Kambalda PS, we're not just looking for an outstanding primary teacher – we're looking for the right teacher.
We're searching for an educator who is a team player, has a strong moral compass, and genuinely believes that every decision starts with "What's best for our kids?"
Our school is built around our Keys to Success:
Organisation – We are prepared, professional and committed to excellence.
Resilience – We embrace challenges, support one another and keep moving forward.
Persistence – We believe every child can succeed and never give up on our students or each other.
Getting Along – We value kindness, collaboration, respect and strong relationships.
Confidence – We encourage our students and staff to take risks, grow and celebrate success.
These aren't just words on a wall – they guide every decision we make and shape the culture of our school.
If you're the kind of teacher who celebrates the success of others, steps in to help without being asked, laughs with your colleagues, values honesty and integrity, and wants to be part of a school where everyone pulls together, we'd love to hear from you!
Our staff are supportive, collaborative and passionate about making a difference.
We work hard, we back each other,

and we know that excellent schools are built by great teams.
You won't be left to do it alone—we plan together, learn together, celebrate together and support one another through the busy moments.

The Role
We're looking for a teacher who will ideally:
Build genuine, positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
Create safe, inclusive classrooms where every child feels valued and capable of success.
Hold high expectations while nurturing students' wellbeing and confidence.
Deliver engaging, evidence-informed literacy and numeracy programs.
Differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of every student, valuing early intervention and providing inclusive support for students with disability and additional learning needs.
Use assessment purposefully to identify students requiring additional support early, monitor progress and celebrate growth.
Embrace feedback, skilled learning and continual improvement.
Display our Keys to Success every day through their organisation, resilience, persistence, confidence and ability to build positive relationships.
Believe that collaboration isn't just a buzzword—it's how great schools succeed.
Most importantly, we're ideally looking for someone who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves—a school community where students always come first and where every staff member is committed to helping one another succeed.
