About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualifiedReformer Pilates Instructorto join our opening team at Palms Pilates in Old Bar, NSW.
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be at the heart of our studio, delivering engaging, safe and effective reformer pilates classes that inspire and challenge our members.
This role is essential to maintaining the quality of our classes and fostering the positive, inclusive atmosphere that defines Palms Pilates.
Key responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality reformer pilates classes to clients of varying fitness levels and abilities
Provide clear, detailed instruction on proper form and technique to ensure safe and effective movement
Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate individual client needs and goals
Maintain a safe and clean studio environment, including equipment checks and maintenance
Build strong relationships with clients, remembering their names, goals and preferences
Provide motivational support and encouragement to help clients achieve their fitness objectives
Stay current with pilates methodology and fitness trends through ongoing professional development
Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive studio culture that makes all clients feel valued
Assist with studio operations and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Current reformer pilates instructor certification from an accredited pilates organisation
Demonstrated experience teaching reformer pilates classes to groups of varying fitness levels
Strong knowledge of pilates principles, anatomy and exercise modification techniques
Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
A genuine passion for pilates and commitment to client wellbeing and safety
Professional demeanour with reliability and punctuality
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
