An exciting opportunity is now available for a Site Manager – Projects to join our Project Construction team.
This role is responsible for supervising the construction of medium-density and multi-residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Burbank's high quality standards.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end construction process across multiple project sites, coordinating trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
You will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and construction performance across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Include
Supervising the construction of medium-density and multi-residential projects from commencement through to completionEnsuring all contractors and site personnel comply with relevant safety legislation and company requirementsReviewing construction documentation prior to site commencement to ensure accuracy and completenessInterpreting building plans, regulations, and codes to monitor construction progress and complianceCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and deliveries to maintain project schedulesConducting and facilitating mandatory inspections throughout the construction processMonitoring project budgets, Extra to Schedule (ETS) expenditure, and Extensions of Time (EOT) to achieve commercial targetsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date project information within ClickHome and other systemsCompleting quality assurance inspections at key construction stages and ensuring homes meet Burbank quality standardsProviding regular project updates to management, development partners, and key stakeholdersManaging customer expectations and ensuring all enquiries are addressed professionally and promptlySupporting site safety, housekeeping, compliance audits,



and public safety requirementsProcessing construction documentation, approvals, purchase orders, forecasting, and project reporting in a timely mannerBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teamsApplying sound judgement and problem-solving skills to resolve construction challenges and drive successful outcomes
About You
You Will Ideally Bring
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or similar role within the residential building industryExperience managing medium-density, townhouse, multi-residential, or project home construction (highly regarded)Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and regulatory requirementsProven ability to manage multiple projects, trades, and stakeholders simultaneouslySolid understanding of construction scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and budget managementStrong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomesConfidence using construction management systems such as ClickHome or similar platformsStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skillsA proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
