What You'll Be Doing
• Developing and implementing a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• Creating engaging, intentional learning experiences that support children's development, curiosity, confidence, and sense of belonging
• Leading the planning cycle through observations, documentation, assessment, and reflection to support each child's individual learning journey
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families through meaningful communication and partnerships
• Creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments where children feel secure, capable, and valued
• Contributing to a positive culture of reflection, continuous improvement, and skilled growth

We're looking for someone who:
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the QKLG, EYLF, and NQS
• A values-led approach, with a genuine passion for nature, community, and collaborative practice
• Experience developing and delivering an engaging Kindergarten program
• Confidence in planning, programming, observation, documentation, and assessment practices
• A solid understanding of child safety, wellbeing, and the importance of children's voices being heard and respected
• The ability to build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Pride in creating meaningful learning environments where every child feels a strong sense of belonging
Most importantly, we're looking for an ECT who cares.
