We're currently seeking experiencedSupported Independent Living (SIL) Support Workersto join our growing team.

About the Role
We're recruitingPermanent Part-Time and Casual Support Workers, with opportunities available for the right candidates to work across bothSupported Independent Living (SIL)andCommunity Accesssupports.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience working in Supported Independent Living (SIL) or the disability sector.
Experience supporting participants with mental health conditions, psychosocial disabilities, trauma, complex behaviours, and high support needs.
A relevant qualification (or be actively working towards one) for permanent positions.




A genuine passion for empowering people to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Flexibility is Essential
Our participants require support across a 24/7 roster, so we're looking for team members who can offer flexibility across a variety of shifts.
Successful applicants must be available to:
Work across bothSIL and Community Accesssupports as required.
Work a rotating roster, includingat least one weekend per fortnight.
Completea minimum of two sleepover shifts per week.
Adapt to participants' changing support needs and activities within the community.
For the right candidate, we are also offering aPermanent Part-Time Senior Support Workerposition of up to60 hours per fortnight.
