About the Role
We are looking for experienced and reliableIndustrial Pipe Fittersto join our growing team on a 3 month contract with possible extension for suitable applicants.
You will work on a variety of interesting industrial projects including process pipework, boiler installations, factory fitouts, and turn-key solutions.
This is hands-on, site-based work where you'll interpret drawings, fabricate and install piping systems, and work closely with welders, project coordinators, and other trades.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpretP&ID; drawings, isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and fabrication details.
Fabricate, assemble, and install process piping systems (carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials) for industrial plumbing, boiler installations, and factory fitouts.
Work safely and efficiently on active industrial sites, including confined spaces, elevated work, and operating plant environments.
Participate in dailytoolbox talksand follow all site safety procedures and permits.
Collaborate with welders, plumbers, electricians, and the project coordination team to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Perform material take-offs, assist with ordering,
and ensure correct materials are used.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure installations meet relevant codes and client requirements.
Look after tools, equipment, and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Trade qualification as a Pipe Fitter, Boilermaker, or equivalent (e.g., Certificate III in Plumbing – Mechanical Services or Fabrication).
Minimum 3+ years' experience working as a pipe fitter in industrial, process, or heavy industry environments.
Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings (isometrics and P&IDs;).
Current safety tickets including Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and Hot Work.
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team.
Own basic pipe fitting tools and reliable transport to site.
Desirable
Welding qualifications (e.g., 6G MMAW, TIG, or structural welding tickets).
Previous experience on boiler installations, pressure piping, or large-scale factory fitouts.
Experience working on turn-key industrial projects.
Forklift or EWP ticket.
Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards for piping and pressure equipment.
