About the Role
You'll manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes, building trusted relationships with Councils of Owners while helping ensure their communities are well managed, financially sound and compliant.
Your role will include:
Building trusted relationships with Councils of Owners.
Providing practical advice and guidance.




Preparing for and attending meetings.
Coordinating maintenance and contractor engagement.
Assisting with budgets and financial planning.
Ensuring compliance with the Strata Titles Act.
Working closely with our administration and accounts teams to deliver a high standard of service.

About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in strata management.
A current Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, or a willingness to obtain it.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
A practical, solutions focused approach.
The ability to manage competing priorities.
Likes to have fun.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Confidence using technology and an openness to learning new systems and processes.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership of your work, communicates with empathy and professionalism, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for your clients.
