NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED LOADER AND EXCAVATOR OPERATOR – QUARRY OPERATIONS
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Loader and Excavator Operator to join our team at our busy quarry operation at Glenmore.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a quarry environment and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate front-end loaders and excavator to move, load, and stockpile materials
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work closely with the plant and pit teams to ensure smooth production flow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all site-specific safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
Must have experience operating loaders and excavators in a quarry or similar aggregate environment.
Minimum 1-2 years of loader and excavator operating experience required




Strong understanding of material handling and quarry production processes
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well with others
Valid operator certifications/tickets preferred
Current loader operator or excavator operator certifications must be held at time of application
Must have legal right to work in Australia
