National 1 Trades is seeking an experiencedElectrical Working Supervisorto join our growing team in Adelaide, SA ****.
This is afull-time positionthat plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency across all our projects.
As Electrical Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading electrical teams and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
This position is integral to the success of our operations and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and reputation.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and manage electrical teams on site, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards
Inspect electrical work and installations to ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and regulations
Coordinate work schedules, allocate tasks and manage resource allocation across multiple projects
Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Mentor and support junior electricians and apprentices, providing guidance on technical and practical matters
Identify and report on health and safety issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure all tools and machinery are in safe working order
Manage budget and material costs for assigned projects whilst maintaining quality standards
What we're looking for
Current Australian electrical licence or equivalent qualification as a qualified electrician
Minimum 5+ years' experience working as a licensed electrician with proven supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance and repair across residential, commercial and/or industrial environments
In-depth understanding of Australian electrical safety standards, regulations and workplace compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively,



with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Physical fitness to perform electrical work safely and efficiently on site
