About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the effective, safe, and accurate management of inventory, logistics, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
· Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
· Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock management and cycle counting processes.
· Monitor warehouse performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and company policies.
· Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
· Manage warehouse resources, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
· Prepare and analyse operational reports, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management,



and supply chain processes.
· Demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams.
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
· Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms
· Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
