Positions May Include But Not Limited To
Classroom Teachers
Key Duties
Apply knowledge of the content and teaching strategies to develop engaging learning outcomes
Apply teaching strategies based on knowledge of students' physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning
Use effective teaching strategies to integrate ICT into learning and teaching programs to make selected content relevant and meaningful
Develop, select and use informal and formal, diagnostic,



formative and summative assessment strategies to assess student learning
Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school priorities
Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
Skills And Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Education (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
First Aid - Level 2 and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Relevant experience as a generalist classroom teacher with exceptional understanding of the principles of teaching and learning in the primary years
Experience with the IB PYP Program (advantageous)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire children
Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
Excellent time management and organisational skills
