The business supports a wide range of industries including mining, civil construction, oil and gas, government, electrical, infrastructure, and engineering.
The Warehouse Team Leader supports the supervision of day-to-day store operations, with a strong focus on team coordination, safety, and service performance.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is confident working alongside their team on the floor while also driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations within your designated area
Champion workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and relevant legislation
Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job support to develop team capability and performance
Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to meet productivity and service targets
Monitor performance standards and support improvements in accuracy and efficiency
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practice
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
Confident communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Experience working towards operational targets and service level expectations
A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team on the floor
Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
