Ironman 4x4 is seeking a hands-onWarehouse Supervisorto lead our warehouse operations and ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
Maintain accurate stock levels and drive inventory performance through effective planning and reporting.
Ensure DIFOT targets and operational KPIs are achieved.
Drive workplace health and safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to maximise productivity and accountability.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and deliver accurate operational and performance reports.
About You
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Experience using warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Safety-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred).
