Dynamic Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experiencedVinyl Installerto join our new in-house signage and fleet branding division,Dynamic Graphics.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to step into a hands-on role with a company that has been operating in the industrial and construction industry for over24 years.
Dynamic Group continues to grow across the East Coast, and we are now investing in our own facility to keep up with the demand of our existing fleet, assets and branding requirements.
With over200 assets across Dynamic Group, including trucks, utes, trailers, plant and equipment, there is already a strong pipeline of internal work ready to go.
This role will be based on theGold Coast, but will also include regular travel across our depot network.
Dynamic has depots across the East Coast, and the successful applicant will be supplied with acompany vehicleand travel support as part of the position.
The role may also includeflights to remote depot locationsto complete signage installs, fleet branding on-site.
We are looking for someone experienced, reliable and motivated who can not only complete high-quality vinyl installation and signwriting, but also help build this division into something much bigger.
There is potential to grow this business with the financial backing of our parent company, so the ideal candidate should have a drive to be hands on and really succeed.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Dynamic Graphics, helping manage installs, maintain quality standards, organise workflow and support the growth of the business.
Over time, the goal is to open our doors to external clients as well.
This is more than just an installer role.

Key responsibilities include:
Installing vinyl graphics, decals, signage and vehicle wraps
Preparing vehicles, trucks, trailers and equipment for installation
Working across a wide range of Dynamic Group fleet assets
Travelling to depots across the East Coast to complete signage installs
Travel to remote locations when required for on-site works
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Assisting with scheduling, workflow and quality control
Helping develop systems and processes for the new facility
Supporting the growth of Dynamic Graphics into external client work
Taking pride in the presentation and branding of Dynamic Group assets
The successful applicant must have:
Proven experience in vinyl installation, vehicle wraps, fleet branding or signwriting
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage jobs on-site
A high standard of workmanship
Good communication skills
Current driver's licence
Willingness to travel for work when required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience working on trucks, machinery or commercial fleets would be highly regarded
