The Position
Full time permanent position.Monday to Friday 9am-5pmBooking and arranging transport through transport and freight companiesPreparing consignment notes and other documentationPreparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveriesConsolidating delivery orders for Local Metro runsOrganising labels and documentation for external storage contractorsAssisting sales representatives and other staff with their queriesAdministrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails
About You
Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or Clerical role.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident liaising with a variety of people across various teams and functions – including customers,
transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectivelyComputer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteAdaptable, a natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feetDangerous Goods experience an advantage
