We are excited to share this opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our wonderful team here at Thirroul Dental Care.
Work closely with our experienced team of dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants to play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our community.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to -
Welcoming and providing exceptional customer service to all patients, customers, suppliers and staff
Managing appointments, phone calls, emails and patient communications
Processing payments, health fund rebates and other claims.
Maintaining patient records
Preparing correspondence and other documents
Preparing and checking fees for accuracy, including but not limited to, ensuring fees are allocated to the correct patient.

Provides exceptional customer service and ensuring every patient has a welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free experience




Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a minimum of two years' experience in a medical or allied health reception role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, self-motivated, and reliable attitude, with the initiative to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Oasis and Dentally software is advantageous; however, full training will be provided
Knowledge of sterilisation procedures and dental assisting is highly regarded, but not essential.
Willingness to grow and develop professional skills
