We are seeking aqualified and experienced Carpenterwho is ready to take on a leadership role.

About the Role
As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you will:
Lead and supervise a small team of carpenters and apprentices.
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Read and interpret plans and specifications.
Complete aspects of residential carpentry, including, lock-up, fixing, fit-out, decks, pergolas, cladding, and renovations.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other trades.
Work is located in Geelong and Melbourne's west.
About You
You will have:
Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience leading a team on residential construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor apprentices and team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Current White Card.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Own tools preferred
Experience in volume carpentry would be an advantage.
