We're an established equestrian apparel and accessories brand known for premium performance wear and a high-end customer experience.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our small team on an ongoing casual basis.
You'll be based on a working equestrian property in Moorooduc, surrounded by horses, with free onsite parking and a supportive, friendly team.
The Role
Pick, pack and process online orders to a high standard
Receive, check and dispatch stock
Communicate clearly with the team and occasionally with customers in writing
Follow safety and warehouse procedures
Lifting up to 25kg when required
This is an ongoing casual position, averaging 20 to 24 hours per week across 3 days.
Shifts are scheduled within school hours (approximately 9am to 3pm).
What We're Looking For
Strong written English, you'll need to communicate clearly and professionally in writing
Reliable, motivated and takes pride in doing a job properly
Comfortable working accurately in a fast-paced workplace
Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
Retail or warehouse experience preferred
Equestrian product knowledge highly regarded
Shopify experience a bonus
Must have Australian working rights
Own transport required (no public transport nearby)
