We're profitable, we run lean, and we're further down the AI road than almost any business our size: autonomous marketing agents, AI customer service, a company work OS, scheduled agents doing real jobs every day.
The plumbing exists.
The gap is people.
Our finance, sales and marketing teams are busy people with real work piling up, and most of them use a fraction of what's already built for them.
We need someone whose whole job is closing that gap: sit next to a real person, understand the work they hate, automate it with AI tools, and, this is the part most people fail at, make sure they're still using it a month later.
What you'll actually do
Embed with named people, one at a time.Finance, sales, marketing, and the CEO's own workflows.
You watch how they work, find the hours being wasted, and delete those hours.
Build small and sharp.Python scripts, API integrations (email, CRM, ERP, spreadsheets), Claude-powered workflows.
We already have a large working codebase of automations to build on; you extend the estate, you don't rebuild it.
Train and embed.Teach non technical people to use AI tools properly.
Your wins are measured in their adoption, not your output.
A perfect tool nobody opens counts as zero.
Kill things.Every automation you ship has usage telemetry and a review date.
If it isn't used, you kill it and learn why.




We've had tools rot before; your job includes making sure they don't.
You're probably right for this if:
You're an operator technologist, not a software engineer: solid Python and API skills, but your instinct is to fix a workflow, not to architect a platform.
You use Claude, GPT or similar daily and know how to turn "AI could probably do this" into a thing that runs every morning without being babysat.
You're patient and likeable with non technical people.
A finance officer who's nervous about AI has to enjoy working with you, or nothing you build survives.
You measure yourself in hours deleted and weekly active users, and you're comfortable being judged that way.
The deal
$600 to $750/day depending on experience, 3 days/week on the Gold Coast, potentially expandable to 4-5 days, 3-month initial engagement.
If the queue is real and the adoption numbers are real, we'll talk about a permanent role ($90k to $120k + super).
If four weeks of good work clears the backlog, we part as friends.
We're telling you that upfront because it's the truth.
Direct access to the CEO, who is himself a heavy AI user.
You will not spend your days explaining what an API is to your boss.
How to apply
Send a CV plus a short note describing one automation you built that a non-technical person still uses today: what it replaced, how you know they still use it, and what you'd do differently.
