About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionateLearning and Development Executiveto join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will play a key role in empowering our employees to deliver world-class hospitality while supporting their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Programs: Design and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and skill-building workshops.
Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions to address skill gaps.
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to support their growth opportunities and performance improvement.
Team Development:



Partner with department heads to implement strategies that build high-performing teams aligned with the resort's goals.
Performance Measurement: Develop tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs and ensure continuous improvement.
Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in learning and development.
Employee Engagement: Champion a culture of learning by organizing recognition programs, workshops, and initiatives that inspire and motivate employees.
About You:
A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs using various methods (e-learning, classroom, on-the-job training).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning.
Familiarity with L&D; metrics and evaluation techniques.
