Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to support the delivery of early and core civil packages on a major Power Plant project in Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing project team where you'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing daily site activities and ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Key Responsibilities will include:
Supervise subcontractors delivering civil construction works.
Coordinate daily site activities in line with project schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Support the Civil Superintendent in delivering key project outcomes.
Monitor progress and manage competing priorities across site.
What you will bring:
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale construction or energy projects.
Strong background in concrete foundations and formwork.
Experience delivering underground services and utilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors onsite.
Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
