Dignity Drive Lead Volunteer - Northern Territory
As the NT Dignity Drive Lead, you'll help bring the Dignity Drive to life in the NT!
You'll play a hands-on role in:
Be the friendly point of contact for volunteers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Provide guidance to volunteers to sign up to Activities, and check Activities are completed.
Pass on questions from corporate collection points or unresolved tasks to your Volunteer State Team Leader or Shero Support.
Coordinate with Volunteer Leads to make sure all volunteers receive the information they need.
Support volunteers during collections, ensure proper shut-down, and log tasks on time.
Assist with outstanding collections or shut-downs and elevate if needed.
Work with the Charity Partners Lead to ensure donations are delivered to the right charities.
In this rewarding role, assists with the coordination of the Drive, particularly ensuring collection points are set up/shut down, donations are picked up regularly and arranging ad-hoc pick ups, where high volumes of donations are received.
This is a flexible, self-managed volunteer opportunity, primarily remote,
offering a great way to make a meaningful difference while fitting around your lifestyle.

This flexible, self-managed volunteer role involves remote coordination from home and occasional online or local meetings.
Suitable for those working full-time or part-time, students, or retirees.
Share the Dignity has peak campaign periods in March, August and November, when activity increases.
Time commitment is approx.
1–3 hours per week leading up to campaigns and around 5 hours during campaigns, with occasional ad‐hoc support outside these times.
Training
Training and support are provided from the State Volunteer Leader and Share the Dignity employees.
A recent Dignity Drive Lead will also be buddied with an existing Dignity Drive Lead for further support.
