About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
Providing clinical leadership, mentoring and support to care staff.
Undertaking assessments, care planning, reviews and documentation.
Monitoring resident health outcomes and coordinating clinical interventions.
Building positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals.
Managing clinical incidents, complaints and escalations professionally.
Supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards,
AN-ACC requirements and infection prevention practices.
Promoting a safe, caring and collaborative workplace culture.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
What You'll Need
Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses) & **** flu vaccination
NDIS Check (including police clearance)
