As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a key role in supporting our business by maintaining and improving electrical safety, plant reliability, minimising downtime, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical equipment
Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and control systems
Maintenance of power, lighting, switchboards and other equipment
Breakdown response and repair work
Installation and commissioning of new equipment as required
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and plant reliability
Completing maintenance documentation and reports




Working safely in accordance with company and client procedures
To be considered for this role, you will be able to meet the following essential selection criteria
Electrical trade qualification and current NSW Electrical Licence
Current NSW Driver Licence
Current WHS White Card
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings
Sound knowledge of AS/NZS **** and safe work practices
Experience working within industrial manufacturing environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to our sites around the country when required
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and willingness to mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople
The following qualifications and experience are not essential but will be highly regarded
Cert IV in Electrotechnology or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Industrial automation or robotics experience
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
Confined Space Entry
Working at Heights
Emergency First Aid / CPR
Low Voltage Rescue and CPR
Cert 1 & 2 in Thermography
This is a full-time permanent position within our Maintenance team.
To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, safety-focused and committed to delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes.
You will enjoy troubleshooting complex problems, working with a variety of equipment.
As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, including functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
