About the role
We are seeking aPermanent Sales Personto join our team at our Nerang QLD location.
This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging directly with customers and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key responsibilities
Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, understanding their sleep needs and preferences
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers select the right mattress for their requirements
Conduct product demonstrations and answer detailed questions about mattress features, materials and benefits
Build rapport with customers and provide personalised service to enhance their shopping experience
Achieve individual and store sales targets whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service
Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor and product displays
Stay informed about current promotions, product launches and pricing strategies
Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally and courteously
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
What we're looking for
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, mattresses or a similar customer-focused workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn detailed information about mattresses and sleep solutions
Professional appearance and demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
High level of reliability and commitment to attendance
A genuine interest in helping customers find the right products for their needs
