You will liaise with commissioning teams, onboarding staff, and set up essential admin systems ahead of the grand opening in November ****.
You'll work closely with managers, leveraging up-to-date technology to ensure smooth day-one operations and ongoing rostering support for the Residential Manager and wider team.
