The Chance:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on aKitchenSupervisorto join our Hospitality team based in Panorama!
Reporting to theOperations Manager – Hospitality, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our café, catering services and food production activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and outstanding customer service.
You will play a key role in maintaining food safety and workplace health and safety compliance while driving operational excellence.
In this role, you will supervise and support a diverse team, coordinate daily activities, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with operational leaders and support teams, you will help deliver exceptional hospitality services while supporting employee development and achieving operational goals.
Thisfull-timeposition is based inPanorama, Adelaide, and operates Monday and Wednesday from7:00am to 3:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday from7:00am to 3:00pm, and Friday from7:00am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and support employees to achieve operational, quality and customer service outcomes.
Coordinate daily café, catering and food production activities to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, food safety requirements, workplace health and safety obligations, and Bedford policies.
Oversee food preparation, stock control, ordering and point-of-sale operations to maintain efficient service delivery.
Build positive relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
About You – The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a hospitality, catering or food production environment, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to support, motivate and develop diverse teams.
Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, workplace health and safety, and compliance requirements.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to building positive relationships and delivering quality outcomes.
Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
