About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Administrator that will play a key role in supporting the NQCranes team with a variety of accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable and payable (Debtors & Creditors)
Preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
Assist with Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Processing and coordination of international payments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
Payroll processing
Undertake additional duties as required
About You
3+ years experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
