About the Role
As the Branch 2IC at TJM, you'll play a key leadership role, supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and driving team success.
You'll be responsible for building a strong, engaged, and high-performing team, making sure everyone is aligned, supported, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.
From mentoring staff and improving team performance to ensuring smooth operations and great customer service, this is a people-focused leadership role where your impact will be felt across the branch.

Skills & Experience
Leadership experience in a quick-paced retail, trade, or service environment
A passion for coaching and developing individuals and teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you lead by example
A proactive mindset and the ability to make decisions and solve problems
A current Australian driver's license and a can-do attitude
