The Role:
The Junior Project Manager is a member of the Plan SA
Application Delivery and support team and is accountable to the
Service Support Manager, Plan SA.
With a number of planning and
development systems brought together in a single ePlanning platform
for all of South Australia, this role will provide ongoing project
management support and change coordination of the Plan SA IT
solutions You will hold the following responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project plans for PlanSA projects.
Coordinate and maintain JIRA for release management.
Provide communications to stakeholders on the progress of
projects.
Maintain the release runsheet template and create the
release runsheets.
About You:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to
demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both
verbally and in writing with people at all levels including
proven ability to consult, liaise and influence and negotiate
and manage conflict with tact and diplomacy.
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and versatility of
approach in dealing with changing work requirements, recent
information and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities,
including planning, organising, and progressing concurrent
priorities and projects to meet objectives.
Demonstrated ownership of tasks and time management.
Special Conditions
Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory
Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National
Police Check prior to employment.
A renewal will be required every
3 years.
Remuneration:
ASO4 – $82,212 min – $86,180 max plus superannuation.
