Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of delicious and visually appealing beverages, such as hot and cold coffees, specialty drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes, in accordance with Bella's Wonderland Kids Café's standards.
Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with children and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
Engage young guests in conversations, making them feel welcome and comfortable in the café environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
Take and process customer orders accurately, handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Assist with café setup, including preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and arranging displays.
Contribute to the overall atmosphere and ambience of the café, participating in special events, decorations, and themed activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to engage with children and their families in a positive and friendly manner.
A passion for creating delightful experiences and making children smile.
Robust multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Knowledge of various coffee and beverage recipes is a plus.
Must be available weekends
