About the Role
As our Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant's customer-facing team.
You'll ensure service runs smoothly, maintain high operational standards, and help create the atmosphere Burgerfreak is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Manage daily restaurant operations during service.
Coordinate staff rosters and break schedules.
Train and onboard new team members.
Monitor service speed, food presentation and overall guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Assist with stock ordering, inventory management and supplier deliveries.




Work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure efficient service.
Drive a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability and professionalism.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor.
The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
RSA / Manager RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
