About the Role
Sports & Spinal is seeking an experiencedWomen's Health Physiotherapistto join ourBrisbaneteam in a full-time permanent role, working across our North Lakes, Redcliffe, Morayfield and Chermside clinics.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident in women's and pelvic health, values high-quality, patient‐centred care, and is looking for flexible hours within a supportive and well‐established allied health environment.
We are open to structuring the role as either a fully dedicated Women's Health caseload or a mixed caseload combining Women's Health with general musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, depending on your experience, interests, and career goals.
You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Remedial Massage Therapists, and Dietitians, managing a caseload focused on:
Pelvic health and pelvic floor dysfunction
Pregnancy and postnatal care
Women's musculoskeletal conditions
Education, prevention, and long‐term wellbeing

Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence‐based Women's Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy services
Conduct thorough assessments and treatments, including internal pelvic floor assessments (with consent)
Support patients to improve movement, function, and quality of life
Manage patient journeys and outcomes using best‐practice clinical reasoning
Promote patient health, education, and long‐term self‐management strategies
Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy
Full General AHPRA Registration
Postgraduate training and experience in Women's / Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Confidence with internal pelvic floor assessments
Commitment to high‐quality, patient‐centred care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualified insurances and willingness to undergo a Police Check
Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Disability Worker Screening) or willingness to obtain
