Grant Elevators is a well-established, family-owned and operated business based in Bayswater.
We design, import and install elevators for a wide range of commercial and private residential projects and are proud to have built a strong, long-term client base through quality service and trusted relationships.
Due to continued growth within our Service & Maintenance Department, we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused and highly organisedService & Maintenance Administratorto join our friendly team.

The Role
In this full time role, you will support our office team, field technicians and clients by helping coordinate the smooth delivery of elevator maintenance, service work and repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls, taking messages and directing enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Scheduling elevator maintenance, service work and repairs
Coordinating workflow to help keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
Liaising with clients, technicians and internal team members to confirm bookings, priorities and job requirements
Preparing and sending quotes and invoices
Maintaining accurate records and completing data entry with strong attention to detail
Handling confidential information appropriately
Learning and using our internal software and systems, with training provided
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
38 hours per week

About You
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and confident communicating with a range of people.
You will enjoy problem-solving, managing competing priorities and helping clients receive prompt, professional service.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
A minimum of three years' work experience, preferably in administration, customer service, scheduling or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The ability and willingness to learn recent software programs
A methodical and independent working style
Adaptability and the ability to build positive working relationships with clients, technicians and other stakeholders
This role would suit someone who enjoys being a key point of contact, keeping things on track and contributing to a busy, supportive team environment.
