We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organisational, communication and leadership skills who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager (SA/NT), you will support the day-to-day operations of our Adelaide office, ensuring a smooth and skilled experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk, switchboard, inbox and visitor experienceCoordinate appointments, bookings and documentation for assessmentsLiaise with consultants, clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of informationMaintain accurate records, filing systems and compliance standardsManage office administration tasks (mail, couriers, banking, cancellations, shredding)Support consultants with scheduling changes and logisticsBuild strong relationships with consultants, clients and team membersContribute to continuous improvement initiativesProvide training and support to team members as neededEnsure compliance with policies,
procedures and WHS requirementsAssist with ad hoc duties and projects
Qualifications
About You
Experience in a customer-focused administrative roleStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsAble to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentResilient and solutions-focusedProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality and customer focusPositive, approachable and team-oriented mindset
