The Role
We're looking for experienced mechanical tradespeople (also capable mechanical Trade Assistant's are encouraged to apply) to join a busy, well-managed workshop in Dandenong.
You'll be working on a range of construction equipment in a clean, organised environment with a strong pipeline of ongoing work.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with regular overtime available.
What's On Offer
$50/hr (Trade Qualified) + Overtime Rates
$40/hr (Non-Qualified) + Overtime Rates
Full time hours + consistent OT

Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain & repair construction equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
Work within a team-focused workshop
Maintain accurate job records using computer systems
Follow workshop safety and quality standards
What You'll Bring
Mechanical trade qualification (or strong hands-on experience)
Experience working on construction or heavy equipment (preferred)
Good communication skills
Computer literacy
Reliable, team-oriented attitude
