This position is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, and supporting the development of proposals and sales presentations.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, tracking leads, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align client requirements with event delivery, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems,



and assisting with administrative tasks related to business development activities.
The Co-Ordinator will represent NQ Exhibitions professionally in meetings, calls, and networking events to help grow the company's presence in the region.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, understand trends, and support data-informed decision-making.Proposal Writing and general business writing skills to create clear, persuasive quotes, proposals, and presentations.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and CRM tools.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in sales, business development, events, or exhibitions is advantageous.Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and occasionally attend client meetings or events outside standard hours.Relevant post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
