We're looking for a talented, hands-on Bistro Supervisor to take ownership of floor operations across our café, bistro, pass, tills and functions.
This is a quick-paced, multi-skilled role suited to someone who thrives on variety and enjoys leading from the front.
We're focused on securing team members with a strong food and beverage skillset who have the drive to develop their hospitality career.
We currently have one full-time and one casual position available.
You may be someone currently working as a Supervisor in a smaller venue, looking for that step up into a large organisation.
About the Role
As a Bistro Supervisor, you will:
Greet members, guests and team members with a positive, friendly attitude, while supervising the team to maintain service standards
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to relevant parties where needed
Set up and supervise functions, liaising directly with function clients
Support Duty Managers and department managers to keep daily operations running smoothly, including roster coverage and leave replacement
Ensure compliance with relevant Acts (Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, ARCG,



Gaming Regulations) and ensure your team does too!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 1 year's supervisory experience within a Registered Club or similar hospitality business (highly desirable), including operational experience in catering and functions
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and lead a large team in a quick-paced environment, with strong reporting skills
Good availability across 7 days a week, including all public holidays, due to the rotation of the roster and business requirements
Current RSA and RCG qualifications for NSW, with the ability to apply them in a busy environment
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), excellent presentation standards, and a hands-on approach
