As part of Minda's Envirocare team, you'll work across our beautiful Brighton North campus, just minutes from the beach, supporting the maintenance of high-quality gardens and outdoor spaces.
This role will suit an experienced horticulturalist looking for more than just another job.
Here, you'll also mentor Supported Employees, and provide practical guidance to help them build skills and independence.
This is your chance to combine great spaces and people, whilst having an impact.
What you'll do
Maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces - mowing, pruning, planting, fertilising and general upkeep.
Safely operate and maintain tools, machinery and irrigation systems.
Provide guidance to Supported Employees who work for Envirocare, helping them to build practical skills and independence in a workplace setting.

What you'll bring
Formal horticulture qualifications and gardening experience.
A genuine love of working outdoors and creating environments.
A patient, supportive and encouraging nature to support others build practical skills
Confidence using garden tools, machinery and equipment safely.
